Port Colborne General Site is a 57-bed facility serving a catchment area of approximately 25,000 people in Port Colborne/Wainfleet with general and emergency care. Inpatient acute care and complex continuing care beds are sited here, with a number of outpatient programs in place to serve the community. A satellite Ontario Breast Screening Centre offers screening for Port Colborne residents. Located at the Site is New Port Centre, an addiction treatment facility containing 35 beds, a Methadone Clinic and an Eating Disorders Clinic serving the Niagara Region. Port Colborne General Site has 24 active physicians.
